What is Biblical Counseling?
Biblical counseling is a form of individualized Christian discipleship that helps women understand and respond to life’s struggles through the truth, wisdom, and hope found in God’s word.
Together, we prayerfully consider what you are facing, explore what may be happening beneath the surface, and look at how the gospel speaks into your heart, relationships, decisions, and everyday life. Seasons of suffering can bring honest questions, doubts, or even confusion about God and your faith, and there is room to work through those things with honesty and hope.
Through Scripture, prayer, compassionate encouragement, and practical guidance, biblical counseling can help you navigate fear, grief, discouragement, painful relationships, unwanted thoughts, questions of identity and purpose, singleness, family or childhood experiences, major transitions, and other difficult circumstances. The goal is not merely to make hard feelings disappear, but to help you know Jesus more deeply, become more like Him, and walk through life with growing hope, wisdom, and trust.

Who do you serve and support?
While we have experience working with a variety of populations, we currently offer biblical counseling to women ages 18 and older. Whether you're walking through a specific struggle or simply longing to grow in your relationship with Christ, you're welcome here.
Is your counseling online only?
Yes—at this time, all sessions are held virtually. This allows for flexible scheduling and the ability to meet from the comfort of your own space.
What can I expect?
