Christ-Centered Counseling

We provide virtual counseling for women who desire Christ-centered care rooted in Scripture. Biblical counseling brings God’s truth into the complexities of life, helping women engage their hearts, their stories, their sin, and their suffering in light of the gospel.

Common Areas of Support

Many women come to biblical counseling because they desire help navigating spiritual, emotional, relational, or mental health struggles in light of their faith. While every woman’s story is unique, some of the areas women often invite us to walk alongside them in include:

  • Anxiety, fear, and chronic worry

  • Difficult or overwhelming emotions

  • Unwanted or intrusive thoughts

  • Wrestling with faith, beliefs, or questions about God

  • Painful family dynamics or childhood experiences

  • Singleness and dating challenges

  • Identity, purpose concerns, life transitions

  • Relationship difficulties or breakups

  • Stress and burnout

  • Struggles related to young motherhood

Wherever you are, and whatever you're facing, God is not distant. He sees you (Genesis 16:13), He knows you intimately (Psalm 139), and He invites you to cast your cares on Him (1 Peter 5:7). His truth can meet you right here, and it really can change everything.

If you're ready to take the next step, scroll down to learn more or schedule a free 15-minute consultation or your first session. I’d be honored to walk with you.

Frequently Asked Questions About Counseling

Who do you serve and support?

While we have experience working with a variety of populations, we currently offer biblical counseling to women ages 18 and older. Whether you're walking through a specific struggle or simply longing to grow in your relationship with Christ, you're welcome here.

Is your counseling online only?

Yes—at this time, all sessions are held virtually through Zoom. This allows for flexible scheduling and the ability to meet from the comfort of your own space.

What can I expect?

Counseling sessions typically last about one hour, with the option for extended sessions if needed. Our first meeting—called the intake session—is a time to get to know each other, discuss your current struggles, and begin identifying what goals you'd like to work toward. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan for your counseling journey.

After the intake, we’ll meet regularly to pursue those goals. The number of sessions and the pace of progress vary from person to person. Every story is unique, and we trust the Lord to meet you with grace right where you are. His timing is always wise and grounded in His perfect care for you.

Do you provide diagnosis?

While we have a clinically informed background, we do not offer medical diagnosis or treatment. Our role is to provide gospel-centered counseling and soul care. If you need additional support, we would be glad to help you find the right resources or professionals. Please note that we are not state licensed counseling.

How much does it cost?

Sessions are $85 for a 60-minute individual appointment. This includes both the counseling session and the preparation your counselor invests outside of session time.

That said, we never want finances to be a barrier to receiving care. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we are happy to discuss options with you.

At this time, we do not partner with insurance providers.

What is your cancelation policy?

To serve all counselees well, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full session fee will be charged.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to work with you when they do. However, repeated missed appointments may lead to a pause or termination of services.

Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy—it helps ensure faithful care for everyone involved.

How do I schedule a session?

You can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation or your first counseling session by clicking here: Schedule Me. 😊

New counselees should select “Intake Session” and will be asked to complete a few brief intake forms before we begin.
